Subject: Recommendations for Reassignment of Probationary Agent Probie

The addition of Probationary Agent Probie to our team was, in my opinion, a mistake. We are hardly in the position to give him the training he needs in order to become an exemplary field agent. Perhaps he should be reassigned to a team that doesn’t have a surfeit of members. I only say this because we have some power issues in this clowder[1]. We have too many members and some should leave. I’ve heard some say that I, myself, should retire to somewhere warm where I could lie in the sun and enjoy myself. As tempting as this idea is, I feel I would be remiss in my duties if I availed myself of retirement. Perhaps when Probie has been fully trained, but I do not believe that can happen here. He will only pick up bad habits. Agent Storm’s health issues continue to plague him. I do not believe him incapable of fulfilling his obligations as a field agent. I only think that he would profit from having fewer of them, as his health is not what it was. Agents Mulder and Smudge are still feuding over whatever it is that they are feuding over. They haven’t said and I refuse to pry into another cat’s business. That said it is affecting the team. Perhaps one or the other of them should be reassigned as well. I believe that young Agent Probie would benefit greatly from being placed in a team with fewer issues. Even Agent Luna, our trainer, is out of practice and seems reluctant to train any more agents. I therefore recommend that Agent Probie be sent elsewhere for his training.

Subject: Assessment of Probationary Agent Probie

My initial assessment of Agent Probie is that he is sadly lacking the respect for the more senior agents of this group. That said, I also must admit that the senior agents show a shocking lack of respect for each other and to myself. They have no self respect either, using the floor as a litter box is no way for a respectable agent to behave. The tensions are so high in this place that I feel the urge to do the same, myself. I keep thinking that I would be better off in another team myself. However, I believe Agent Probie should be reassigned as soon as possible. should this not be possible, I would appreciate it if someone could forward the proper forms to request a transfer for myself. This situation is intolerable and I would like someone to at least look into the lack of coordination, cooperation, and respect in this team. Some of the agents should probably have a psych evaluation done. Agent Cuddlebug is one of them. I don’t say that he is going senile, but perhaps that would explain his recent desire to urinate into the hole in the floor where the air comes from. This makes for a rather unpleasant environment for the rest of us. Please advise if this will be possible or send me transfer request forms so that I may remove myself from this location.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
