Feline Freedom League August 2016 Report

Subject: Mission Report

I have settled into my new location. I am pleased to report that the carrier I rode in carried traces of Agent Pica. I believe I have been taken in by her former jailers. The carrier had the scent of sickness as well as Agent Pica’s scent trace that was sent out to all agents. I believe that she has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and that is what happened to her. I have searched for a trace of her around this location and have found nothing. I understand that someone reported that they had moved from their former location to this one. This location has three levels where Agent Pica reported only two with one level closed off to her. I have access to all three levels with only one room that is closed to me. I was able to go into it on occasion. It was nothing special.

The other rooms on the top level are places where the humans go to get wet and sleep. Not that they do that in the same room. The human female lets me sleep on the same cushion as she does. She often lays on the floor and moves around. She has a black cushion that she lays, stands and sits on as she moves. She doesn’t really like it when I sharpen my claws on it. She calls what she does “yoga”. I have tried to determine what it is and have learned that it is something to do with her health. She does it as soon as she wakes in the morning, much as I do my stretching.

The middle layer is where the magic box is that they sit and watch. It is also where they eat. I have food and water available there as well. My litter box is on the lowest level where the female spends a good deal of time. She does what she calls ‘work’ down there. I am not sure what it is, but it involves a magic information box and a noisemaker that she silences when it makes noise. She speaks to it but it never seems to answer. I will attempt to learn more about it for my next report.

Have we any news about Agent Pica? Agent Storm has told me a lot about her and I wish I could have met her. I would have liked to have met her, as she sounds as though she’d been a good kind feline. We have apparently lost a terrific agent when we lost Agent Pica. Please advise if there is anything that we can do to help.

I have found a few more of those strange creatures who seem to grow their tails back. Unlike some of the others, I don’t really think we could learn how to grow back body parts that are broken off or lost. I think those creatures are special creatures. I suppose my reasoning is that I don’t want to learn how to grow my tail back because I think breaking off my tail would hurt. Are we likely to have classes on that? Please tell me that headquarters has no plans to break off our tails so that we can learn to grow them back. I’m sure that I am not the only cat who would rather keep my tail as it is.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
