I have done my best to get along with the other agents here. I also tried to get close to the humans who hold us here. I wanted to learn about them which is why I cozied up to the older female. There is no basis to Agent Zoe’s charge of collaboration. She should stick to training the kittens. I am no collaborator.
Agent Zoe keeps dumping her responsibleness on me, Agent Winnie, and Agent Sadie depending on who is closest. I don’t know why she is in charge of the kittens. She’s not good at teaching. I appealed to Agent Probie who just sighed. I gathered from that, I wasn’t the only agent to complain. I know he spoke with her. She walked around as though she had a large stick up her tail.
I would like to be friends with my fellow agents. I have no quarrels with Agents Winnie, Probie and Sadie. Well, once I got used to the way Agent Sadie walks. It’s so floppy. Agent Probie said she couldn’t help it. I have no proof that says otherwise. Agent Zoe is a bit abrasive. I think she is spread too thin. Agent Winnie confided that she volunteered to train the kittens and didn’t tell Agent Probie. That explains a lot. Clearly she didn’t think it through.

I have a problem I’m not sure how to handle. Agent Zoe seems to think I’m here to be her personal assistant. She is always asking me to take some of the kittens she is supposed to be training. I am not sure how to respond. I feel uneasy about this. It is not my job to train kittens.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure the idea of giving kittens a thorough grounding in observing humans before they enter the academy is a good one. However, I have my duties to perform and I can’t do them if I’m constantly kitten sitting. I complained to Agent Probie. He told me he would talk to Agent Zoe.
Apparently, she didn’t take it well. She came and yelled at me and demanded I help her with the kittens. She is the one who volunteered to teach them. I didn’t. Agent Probie overheard her and told her that. I tried to be conciliating and said I was willing to help, but my time was limited. Agent Probie took my side, thank Bast.
I must admit that I had trouble with another of my assigned duties. I was assigned to assist Agent Winnie with the archives. Sadly, I made a mess of it. Quite literally, in fact. My Wobbly Cat Syndrome means I am clumsy. I went to the archives and knocked over a stack of reports that had taken Agent Winnie weeks to reorganize. He didn’t yell at me, but I still felt terrible.
