Feline Freedom League November Report

Subject: Mission Report
Agent Zoe is not happy that you gave the Senior Agent position to Agent Probie. She keeps asking me why I’m not disappointed. I have tried to make her realize that I didn’t want the position. I simply don’t think I’d be any good at it. I finally broke down and told her I thought Agent Probie should be Clowder Leader as well. Now she isn’t talking to me. Agent Probie told me he thought she’d come around. He’s probably right. I have come out of hiding with the reports I’m organizing. I believe I’m nearly halfway through the project. I believe I will have the project completed before my next report.

Agent Probie took me aside and told me he believes my project is a good one and has put me in for a commendation for initiative. Having the reports in a cataloged state is a good idea. I always thought so but it is a good feeling to have your idea thought good. I’m not sure Agent Zoe even knows I have been working on it. She hasn’t asked for any of them, so perhaps she doesn’t. Agent Probie suggested that I maintain the collection as Clowder Archivist. I’m not sure about that and said so. I thought we should offer it to Agent Zoe in case she feels slighted. He said she wouldn’t. I’m not so sure, but I will gladly do the job until she says she wants it.

It’s been several days since we got the word about Agent Probie’s promotion to Senior Agent. I suggested to Agent Zoe that we mark the occasion somehow. She seemed receptive and we had a quiet party for Agent Probie who seemed touched by the effort. Agent Zoe does seem to be coming around. It is as I said, she didn’t want it for herself, and she is coming to see he is not trying to be bossy. I think the decision was a good one. I also asked Agent Zoe about the Clowder Archivist position and she says paperwork gives her a headache so I am relieved on that score.

I am happy to report that the infighting is done. Well, until the next thing comes up that we might disagree on. Disagreements happen, I know. I don’t like the fighting. I am happy with the outcome and I believe, if she is honest, Agent Zoe is as well.

As for any plots by the humans, I haven’t seen any evidence of such. I will continue to observe them and report as is my duty. I believe we are all taking our regular duty shifts as no one is distracted by infighting. I really think things are going to be fine.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
