Subject: Mission Report November 2021

Oddly enough, I think I’m getting stronger and I can’t explain my feelings. Perhaps the pressure Agent Zoe is putting on me actually is helping me. Still, I think I could do without her aid though. However, I am still tired most of the time. Believe me when I say I tried everything I can think of to make it clear to her I’m OK and don’t require her help. Well, not as much as she tries to give me.

That said, she did back off a little and I can only hope she will realize I’m fine and don’t need the constant demands to move. Still, I never let my disability keep me down. I get around on three legs as well as most cats with four. Why she can’t perceive it, I can’t say.

If only it wasn’t so hard to remember she wants to help. Doesn’t the library own some sort of aids you can provide her which will give her with any guidance in working with the disabled? If not, perhaps I should take a stab at writing some. I’m sure I’m not the only handicapped agent in the League.

In addition, I would appreciate if you would forward any such pamphlets if they exist to Agent Zoe. I am willing to assist her go over them, anything to prevent her well-meaning assistance. Although not my wish, I may be forced to make my needs known by being almost brutally honest. Certainly, I would rather not hurt her, but her behavior must stop because I can’t take this anymore.

I guess I should tell her to leave me alone. Really, I had believed I had put those thoughts behind me, gut she is bringing them up. At long last, Agent Probie realized the scope of the problem and spoke to her. Unfortunately, I don’t think she likes him much. In any case, he did tell her I am quite capable of doing my job without help. For his efforts, she called him heartless. So he gave me a look saying he tried and I told him I appreciated the effort.

Also, I think his idea of an alliance with the canines was excellent. Too bad they showed no interest. Together, we might accomplish something. Oh, well, no sense in whining about escaped mice. Guess it wasn’t to be. That’s what I told Agent Probie and I think I managed to cheer him up. So he helped me by running interference for me with Agent Zoe, which gives me a little respite.

That said, I confess to hiding with the dogs myself. Don’t get me wrong, she isn’t intimated by them, it’s just she doesn’t like them when they start barking. The creatures are loud. So I obtained a little reprieve. Agent Probie laughs, considering how he did the same thing when we first met. I guess he’s right.

We will muddle through. Study materials would help if there are any . If they do, please send them my “helpful” colleague. If they don’t, advise me, so I can start working to produce some. Other than this issue, I have nothing new to report.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
