Mission Report

I have spent a lot of time observing the pond. The humans get in it from time to time. The clear stuff on the window is warm although it is cool within this habitation. I don’t know how humans do that. There has been a few days of rain where it came down hard. The humans kept to their routine. There has not been a repeat of the wind called ‘hurricane’ which pleases me. I am pleased to announce that the humans play in the pond. They have made no move to force any of our agents into the pond. I am less sure that they plan to drown us in it. They seem to bathe in it. Humans are quite strange in that they like having water on their skin. I guess it’s a function of hairlessness. They put on special coverings to do so. I sometimes envy them their ability to change coverings but then I think how would anyone know who I was if I changed my fur.

Anyway, as I said, I have been keeping an eye on the pond especially when the humans are in it. I must admit the canine Akili has been quite taken with the pond. It appears she quite likes being wet. The other canines seem to feel the same as we felines about immersing ourselves in water. I do not understand why the larger canine likes water so much. The other canines seem so much more sensible and avoid the nasty stuff. I believe she does it to ingratiate herself with the humans.

That said, I am still concerned about the prospect of what the humans plan to do with the pond. They seem to use it only for bathing, but sometimes they move around in it. This intrigues me. I do not understand the need to get wet. Human behavior is unknown territory for me. Is there a way I could take a distance class in human behavior. I think it would help me in my observations of the humans in this place, if I had some kind of comprehension of what they do and why.

I would like to state here that I am always interested in learning more. Is there a catalog of the distant classes we can take while deployed? I would quite enjoy that. I think it would be a wonderful help if there is a class in human behavior. Please let me know about the possibilities for improving ourselves. I am not sure about the others, but I would like to learn more. Such knowledge could only be beneficial to our cause. I think this will be a good thing for us to do. In my opinion all agents would find it a good thing to take distant courses. Please say whether you believe so as well. If you could send me information about the available classes, I think all the agents in this place would find it beneficial. As always, I will provide more information in my next report.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
