Mission Report

Agent Skittlebutt and Agent Probie had a long talk about the state of their friendship. I hope that I haven’t damaged it beyond repair. I feel horrible about it. I certainly hope that they can settle their differences and recapture the friendship I seem to have broken. Agent Cuddlebug tells me that I can’t destroy someone else’s friendship if that friendship is a true friendship. I hope that he is right.

I was surprised when Agent Probie took me aside and asked me outright if I was here to replace him. I told him the truth. I told him that I was not aware that I was here to replace anyone. I said my orders were to observe the humans in this location and report back, which I believe were also his orders. The more eyes on the humans, the better, or so I was led to believe. I admitted that I knew I had more to learn. I asked if I could count on him to help me learn. He said he would help. I don’t think Agent Probie and I will ever be friends, but we will be colleagues.

The large canine continues to baffle us. We do not know why she is here. Our campaign to keep the smaller canines and the larger canine from uniting is going well. The division will be helpful to me. I think it will be helpful to keep that division up as much as we can. Keeping the large canine isolated will help us to prevent her from accomplishing her mission here. I, along with the others, believe she is here to act against us. Please advise on further methods to bring her down.

Mission Report

I believe I could convince Patch to allow Little One to join the League if I could communicate with him better. I therefore request more up to date communication equipment. It would help me with my reports as well. I understand that there are budget issues, but I would appreciate the new equipment if it can be sent to me.

Chipmunk reports that Little One is wavering about joining. I fear we may lose the chance to recruit two agents. I confess that I am disappointed that they will not join. I can’t force them. I wouldn’t want to force them to join. As I said, I’m disappointed.

That’s how it goes I guess. New equipment would still be very useful, if the budget will allow it.
My humans are still just doing the same old things. They have a routine and they are keeping to it. I have developed a routine myself. I know that routine is good, but I also know that it can become a rut. I will work on not developing my routine into a rut. Although I think the humans are doing just that, creating a rut.

I will continue monitoring my humans. I will not pester Patch and Little One. I do not believe that would be productive. I will continue communicating with them, but I will not press them to join the League if they don’t wish it. Please advise if the budget will allow me to be granted an communication equipment upgrade.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
