Mission Report

There is a new canine in this place. She is huge! She is a female, I believe. She spends most of her time with the younger female. They go out every day. The canine is nice enough for a canine, but she doesn’t mix with the other canines, who seem a bit intimidated by her. I must admit that I would rather not tangle with her, myself. I think it’s good that she spends all her time with the younger female human.

She claims that she is here to protect the younger female from falling down all the time. I’m not certain how she can do that, but I suppose anything is possible. She could just be talking to make herself more interesting. I think that is likely as there is no way to say when the female will fall over. The canine says that she will watch the younger female for signs that she is about to fall over and guide her to sit down or grasp her walking support thing. I have observed the human and I have never seen her give any sign that she is going to fall over. It is possible that I haven’t been observing her constantly, but I can’t believe that such intense scrutiny is even possible. I am not certain that this so-called service canine is precisely necessary. I’ll report more on this situation as things develop.

Mission Report

Agent Melody has arrived. She is taking over many of my duties not Agent Storm’s duties. Is she here to replace me? I need to know if I should be taking over Agent Storm’s duties. I thought she was here to do that. I am also concerned that she is usurping my project with Agent Skittlebutt. They seem to be spending a lot of time together. This doesn’t look good. Am I going to be transferred somewhere else? I hope not. I like it here. I like these cats.

Agent Skittlebutt and I are working on a project to try to understand what the humans are up to. The younger female disappeared for a while and returned with Agent Melody. I’m not sure where she went, but Agent Melody did tell us all about a roaring sound that accompanied her. She had to spend time under a chair before she was allowed out. She spent most of the time in the younger female’s lap. There were other humans sitting around them. She says she was under the chair of a different human – not the younger female. She no doubt put her description in her own report.

As for the project to determine what the humans are up to, Agent Skittlebutt and I are not sure what we are seeing. They seem to be just living to care for us, but we are sure that they are planning something. We will continue to monitor the situation. It will be harder now that Agent Melody is here. She is distracting Agent Skittlebutt from his observations of human behavior. I will do my best to continue the project.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
