Mission Report

Strangers came to this location. They walked around it. One who came stayed on the middle level and only looked around. They left and did not come back. The humans who live here went with them and returned later. I believe they had a meeting but I have no idea where they held the meeting. I only heard the words ‘wine tasting’. I’m not sure what that is. I think it is code for meeting. I don’t know if they know that I am here to observe them or not. I will have to tread lightly here until I know for sure.

I have seen other felines held in a location very near here. I have been signaling them and learned that they are independent agents. I have tried to send them information on the League. They seem interested in joining our cause. The elder, Patch, has agreed to pass me information on the humans they are living with. Patch has an apprentice named Little One. Patch says he will send information to me by way of a small rodent the humans in the place have named Chipmunk. I believe he can be trusted to deliver the messages to me. This is the safest way to communicate with Patch and Little One. I will report further on this information in future communiques.

Agent Cuddlebug, we at headquarters understand your desire to retire. You have given good service for many years. We appreciate your service, but ask that you please remain on active duty for the time being.

Agent Smudge, your desire to help your fellow agents through their grief is commendable. If you would like to study counseling, we can arrange for you to take an online course in counseling. I have sent you the link to the course on our top secret education website. Good luck in your studies.

Agent Melody, you are doing very well in your training. Please continue to look to Agent Skittlebutt for any questions you might have.

All agents are to continue their surveillance of the humans. Do not, under any circumstance, allow the humans to learn of your activities. Restrict your online activities to times when the humans are unlikely to notice your activities.

We are continuing to learn more about the humans and their plans for us. Good luck to all field teams and keep up the good work.

Michigan Humane Society: Your gift will provide safe shelter, medical care and loving homes for homeless and neglected animals. Please help save more lives in 2018 by giving a generous tax-deductible gift now.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
