Feline Freedom League January Report

From: Agent Probie To: Mr. Whiskers Date: 1 January 2017
Subject: Mission Report

Agent Skittlebutt has trouble doing the simplest things. He can groom himself, which is good. However, I don’t know that he will be able to do his duties as an agent of the Feline Freedom League. Rest assured that I will do my best to help him to perform his duties. I am the spirit of cooperation. He struggles to get up on the window ledge to view the Outside, so I leap up for him and tell him what I see. He doesn’t seem appreciative. He is downright ungrateful. I’m trying to his job and mine and he grumbles. He doesn’t even say thank you.

I know that there is nothing in the regulations that say an agent has to be polite, but it would be common courtesy to at least thank me for my help. I will continue to help him as much as I can even though the ingrate is so ungrateful for my assistance. We have had words on the subject and I am afraid that he will try to do more than he is capable of. Why can’t he accept his disability and allow me to help?

Other than the issues I have mentioned above, everything is much the same as always here. Well, the younger female seems to have gone somewhere. I do not know where she has gone and will advise HQ should I find out where she has gone. If she should return, I will do my best to discover where she has gone.

I have settled into this clowder with some difficulty. I am having trouble with the youngest agent here, Agent Probie. He hovers over me and won’t let me do anything. He leaps to the observation window before I can get up there and tells me what he sees. I can’t get him to leave me alone. I have no doubts that he is doing this deliberately. I cannot figure out why he is trying to upstage me.

I know that I am slow to get to my workstation, but Agent Probie consistently jumps in ahead of me. I’m frankly surprised that he doesn’t groom me to prevent me from grooming myself. I can do my job well if he would just leave me alone to do it. I do not know what I have done to antagonize Agent Probie. I may have to put Agent Probie into his place. I therefore respectfully request permission to chastise Agent Probie.

There has been a development here in this place. The younger of the two females has disappeared. She left one day with what humans call a suitcase. She was going to someplace called an airport named Michigan. I’m not sure what that means, but I will do my best to learn more about the young female’s disappearance. I do not believe that her disappearance is permanent as I have overheard the older female and the male talking about her return. I do not know when , but I believe that she will return.

About

I am not one who is comfortable talking about myself but here goes. I enjoy writing, family history, and reading. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to try something new. I decided to make it a weekly blog because I wasn't sure that I could keep up with a daily one, and monthly seemed like I was writing a magazine. I think I did ok with my choices. You'll notice that there are not a lot of graphics on my site. That's because there are graphics plastered everywhere on the Internet and those sites sometimes take forever to load. This blog is a place where you can kick back, relax and be ready to be amused. At least I hope I willbamuse you. This blog is on a variety of subjects from my ficitional cat agency, the FFL, which is monthly, to instructional blogs to editorials, which are my opinions only. I admit that I don't know everything and could be wrong -- I frequently am. Now, stop reading about me and read what I have to say!
