The female tries to restrain me from time to time. I have resisted her efforts. She doesn’t push it, which must mean something, but I haven’t figured out what as yet. The male keeps his sleeping area closed, but I have managed to get in there a few times. I don’t know what he is hiding in there a few times. I don’t know what he is hiding in there, but I will find out – eventually.
Recently they have become stingy with the food that they provide for me. I voiced my objections, but they ignored me. They went out as they do every seven sleep times. When they came back, they had bags with interesting smells. One bag smelled like the food they give me. After that, they weren’t as stingy as they had been. I guess they were listening to me.
The female goes out every so often and returns in a short while, smelling of human sweat. She tells me that she has had a nice walk. She checks the square box that she carries with her and says something about a good workout but not enough steps. This seems to bother her. I don’t know why.
The box must be magic. It makes noise every now and then. Then the female gets up and goes down to the dark place where my litter box is.
Speaking of the litter box, they haven’t been diligent about keeping it cleaned out. They have been doing better. I have been trying to make my needs clear. They are slow to catch on, but they do catch on eventually.

Things have been happening here. I don’t know if they are connected, but I was taken for interrogation along with Agent Storm and all three canines. The long red canine and I were the only ones who were picked up and returned to this place. The other canines and Agent Storm apparently were held for less time. I do not know why. I am not sure why we were held so long, but rest assured that I gave them nothing.
Our new agent, Skittlebutt has arrived safely. While I can’t say that we are best friends, I will say that I approve of the policy of placing disabled veterans within an established clowder, but I have to admit that I am not certain that our clowder is the best one to receive such a hero. He has not explained why they removed his foreleg, but he gets around rather well despite his disability. I guess you can overcome anything if you have to.
